Mustard

Mustard (Brassica juncea):

Mass produced for its seeds, the mustard plant, as its name suggests, is used to make the very popular condiment mustard. Companies do this by grinding and mixing the seeds with water, vinegar or other liquids to form mustard. The plant itself is medium in size and sports long green stems, which bloom into vibrant yellow flowers.
