See list of supplies needed for our interns
We’re happy to have six undergraduate college students participating in our winter wildlife and exotic animal medicine internship program. Welcome Julia, Kyle, Christine, Eliza, Isabella, and Zachary!
As part of our work to help people of all ages learn how to preserve and protect nature for future generations, New England Wildlife Center offers veterinary internships throughout the year. During the program, undergraduate and high school students work alongside veterinarians in our wildlife hospital and at The Odd Pet Vet, our non-traditional animal clinic.
With 40 wild animals and counting in our hospital for longer-term stays right now and patients of a variety of species coming in to The Odd Pet Vet each day, it’s already been a full-immersion experience for all of our winter interns!
